Ideas & experiments

I'd rather build an idea than keep polishing it on paper. This is where I use AI to test what's in my head — turning concepts into real, working things, fast. Some are still being refined, some just got started, but each one is a genuine attempt to close the gap between thinking and making.

Xinjiang Ski — A Skiing Community Mini-Program
Tech stack
WeChat Mini-Program, Vant UI, Figma
Description
A WeChat mini-program built for skiers at Xinjiang's ski resorts, bringing real-time slope conditions, social matching, and a trust system into one place. I owned the full interface and interaction design — from information architecture and core flows down to the visual and interaction details of every screen, designing around a real constraint: skiers operating with gloves on and reading through goggles.
Key features
Scenario-driven interaction: 44px minimum tap targets, enlarged hit areas, haptic feedback, a ski-board loading animation — every detail serves the real on-slope context of gloves and goggles.
Real-time conditions system: color-coded labels (green / yellow / red / orange) communicate lift queues, road status, slope openings, and visibility at a glance, lowering the cost of every decision.
Trust-system design: levels, badges, and a credit score combined into one visual trust framework that encourages healthy mutual help across the community.
Brand Mini-Program Redesign
Project
Brand Mini-Program Redesign
Tech stack
WeChat Mini-Program, Figma
Description
An ongoing commercial project. A brand had been running on a templated mini-program whose interface and interactions failed to reflect its identity. I'm leading a full interface and interaction redesign — turning a generic, template-feeling product into a refined, premium experience that fits the brand's positioning.
Key features
Brand-driven visual rework: a cohesive visual language — color, type, component details — built around the brand's identity, moving away from the template look.
Elevated interaction: core flows and page structures reorganized for smoother operation, clearer hierarchy, and a more premium feel overall.
Commercial intent: visual upgrades balanced against business goals like guidance and conversion, keeping design in service of the product.
